Returns & Exchanges at BetterDays Co.

We want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
